The flat consists of a large living area, spacious bedroom with a separate private kitchen and private bathroom. They are partially furnished, and can be available with 1 double bed or 1 double bed + single beds, so you have the option of room sharing if you wish. The building is very secure, with a card entry system for the main doors and the apartment doors, with CCTV cameras on the entrances and corridors. The Reception is open from 7am to 10pm. There is a Sainsbury's open several doors down the road, and there is an Iceland about 5 minutes away by foot. There is also a gym (2 minute walk) on Falkirk Street (only £20 per month).
The location is superb as it is only a 2 minute walk to Shoreditch High Street and Old Street, where you will find many of the best bars/clubs and galleries in London. The closest stations are Hoxton Over ground (1 minute walk), Shoreditch Station (4 minute walk), Old Street (10 minute walk) and Liverpool Street (15 minute walk). There are bus stops about 50 metres from the flats front door where you can take 55, 67, 149, 242 or 243 buses to many destination all across London.
