From the process of taking your instruction on to picking through potential tenants that you the landlord seem interested in they will go through our Background Referencing Checks such as previous landlord reference, credit check, employment check and an identification check to see if they are who they say they are only after they have passed all of these will we progress further. All of this will be free of charge to YOU the landlord.
