Our asset management service at Quick Property Group is focused on delivering our clients objectives. We do not just Provide a property management service we are also willing to share continued support and advice on maintenance, what can be done better and more efficiently, economically and by strategically discovering methods to maintain and enhance your investment.

One of the key attributes of property as an asset class is that it requires constant review and a proactive approach to its management in order to spot opportunities to optimise value and/or rental revenue.

This can be achieved in numerous ways, but the way in which Quick Property Group’s property asset management team does it, is through close liaison with its agency, investment, development and professional departments in order to ensure that our clients receive a diverse range of ideas from which to improve the value and income stream from their properties.

Depending on the property concerned, our property asset management service can include:

  • Reviewing opportunities for securing planning permission for higher value uses, or extending / redeveloping / adding further floors
  • Re-gearing of leases prior to expiry, or engineering steps to secure early vacant possession
  • Planning for effective implementation of service charge sinking fund accruals in order to maximise the value of the building / investment
  • Identifying opportunities for income enhancement, for example from advertisement hoardings, surplus car parking, mobile phone masts, or unused / underutilised parts of a building. We also have a portfolio management team to advise on how to add value to our client’s investments.
