There is so much to do when letting out your property. Once a suitable tenant has been found you then need to have the property ready for the tenancy to begin smoothly. This involves dealing with cleaning, inventories and keys, transfer of utility bills, obtaining the correct safety certificates for gas, electrics and appliances, sorting out rent collection and tax matters. The list goes on, as your property managing agent all this will be taken care of and more.

Once the tenancy begins we will manage all day to day problems relating to your tenancy. You the landlord need not worry of being woken up in the middle of the night due to a faulty boiler Quick Property Group have a 24-hour call out service to deal with these inevitable situations.

Over the years, we have picked out which contractors who we can trust and use a great team of well trusted, professional and experienced workmen within our area. We will collect the rent, deposit the rent into your account without delay and send out monthly statements. We can also liaise with accounts if necessary. When the tenancy is up for renewal / extension we speak with landlord and tenant to agree terms before drawing up a renewal agreement.

Once the tenancy is coming to an end we will organise the cleaning (if required) inventory check out and liaise with both parties with the aim of getting the deposit released quickly.
